Joining Wellness with Neepa was one of the best decisions I have taken In my life. It has not only changed by lifestyle & eating habits but my outlook and understanding of food.
Consulting a dietician, following a diet – all this was something I always thought I will not be able to do or commit as my work schedule is 14-16 hours every day and am a mom to a toddler.
Eating one single meal was a challenge for me. Thinking that if I don’t eat or eat less no of meals, my scale would automatically go down. Starting from eating 1 meal at night to having 5-6 meals in a day with no change in my work & personal schedule… I would have never imagined.
When I started my journey with Neepa, I wasn’t sure if I will be able to really maintain this. I always thought that what will happen the day I stop consulting, is it sustainable?

My Two Cents
They say, “The Belly rules the mind”, I am sure we all have friends and family members who are either a foodie or a non-foodie. Have you ever come across a specimen like me who doesn’t like to eat FOOD?
PS: I don’t have any diagnosis, phobia. I am just LAZY. I rather stay on liquids than chewing solids.
I am glad and thankful to my dear friend Neepa who made me unlearn bad food habits and stick to Healthy and Nutritionist food. The first thing we all do is judge. Bad food habits don’t mean eating junk, too much sugary stuff, processed food, etc. Bad food habits also mean not eating or even eating as and when you please.
I am a classic example of doing everything wrong from the get-go
Starting my day with bed tea. First and foremost, mistake
Have a late breakfast or even extend it to a brunch
Skip Lunch and have late dinner.
Hate green vegetables, not a heavy meat eater. I am picky and food presentation is important.
Big fan of potatoes, onion, and dal.
By now you would have guessed I am a pampered child or a big disaster. I am neither one of them. I am just weird and unique.
I would not have reached out to Neepa if I had not fallen flat on my face with all these food abuse, I had been doing on myself for sweet 30 years.
Neepa helped me take baby steps with food. She was more dedicated in me than I was on self. She checked on me constantly and ensured I am eating the right food at the right time. She never said NO to anything I wanted to eat. In fact, I started eating all that food which I hated earlier. I moved towards a positive approach for food and starting loving food.
I have a long way to go, but I am glad I started my journey of learning good health balanced food. Thank you is a very small word for what she has done to me.
At the end of the day eating healthy has made me stay healthy both physically and mentally. This pandemic has been hard on each one of us and I am blessed to have know Neepa both personally and professionally.

I really blessed to have enrolled under you for my Well being journey. You are truly a Wonder Woman who has transformed my life. After my first delivery I had developed a lot of health issues, not to mention borderline diabetes and a protruding belly which made me look 8 months pregnant. I had a sedentary lifestyle and hardly got time to exercise or think about myself. When I thought about losing weight Pandemic hit and then I conceived my second kid so losing weight was out of question for me. During my pregnancy journey I faced health issues and as a result post delivery recovery also took time. It's after my second pregnancy I saw your page and was so inspired by your journey that I enrolled with you. You educated me about Diastasis Recti and helped me deal with my situation alongside maintaining my health. With you I've understood what the true meaning of Nutrition is and how I should manage my food. From you I understood how important it is to include proteins in each meal and how that helps. I've lost around 10 kgs after getting in touch with you which is remarkable. I wasn't required to stay hungry or be in deficit (as I was breastfeeding) and still lost weight. I must truly appreciate all the effort that uve put in my journey by constantly being there and helping me out in each and every issue which could be the cause of possible stress. I remember our discussions about my kids' eating habits, their nutrition, and the lactose intolerance condition. You made guided me at each and every step and helped in all possible manner. You did not leave me in between instead you recommended dairy free
options (few you tried yourself as well) so that my nutrition is not compromised. I had the fitness band with me for a long time but it was your motivation and guidance that helped me to put it on and work towards my fitness journey.
